It's really grit, not powder, so for the price, it's definitely okay.
As for the effect, I'm a heavy smoker, so it's not too bad, but you can forget about getting really stoned, but that's also normal for this price. Those who don't smoke much will definitely get stoned.
So all in all, it's worth the money.
