General information

It may sometimes happen that you have already received a tracking code, but the tracking page does not show an update. Sometimes the tracking page even says “Delivery time is being calculated. Package has not yet been received or processed by PostNL." This means that the shipping information has already been created and shared, but the physical package is not yet in the hands of or processed by PostNL. This scenario can occur when the package arrives at a time when the postman has already visited the relevant postal point. The package will normally be picked up and processed the next business day, at which time you can expect current updates on shipping status and an estimated delivery time on the tracking page.

Although we strive for fast parcel delivery, there are occasional times when delays occur. We understand that in such situations you would like to know more about the status of your package.

Please note, however, that the tracking code information is all we know. We kindly request that you do not contact us for additional details as we do not have more information and cannot respond to such requests.

If you have not received your package within 14 days of the shipping date (not the order date!) , please contact us and quote the order number. We will be happy to reship your order once free of charge. In the meantime, we will not contact PostNL for investigation, partly due to the nature of the package contents. We ask for your patience and understanding in this situation.

International shipping is only possible to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Shipping to other countries is not possible!

All photos are accurate to the product and have not been taken from anywhere online. What you see in the photo is also what you actually receive when you order it. Of course, the shape of the top may differ slightly, but otherwise it is exactly what you see on the website.

To order

We understand that you may be a bit cautious about ordering and for this reason we do not have a minimum order quantity. This way you can first try our products and services from 1 gram.

As soon as you place 3 (Cali) or 5 grams (weed & hash) or more of 1 type in your shopping cart, the discount will be automatically applied. 

It may sometimes happen that a product is (temporarily) unavailable and it cannot therefore be ordered. As soon as this product is back in stock, it can be ordered again.

No that is not possible! Orders are only sent by post.

Pay

For privacy reasons you can only pay for your order with crypto. For more information about this, go to; Pay with Crypto

You can use any broker where you have an account. We mention Bitpanda as an example, but the choice depends on your personal preferences such as costs and ease of use.

As explained above, for privacy reasons we cannot receive direct bank payments. Hence, to ensure our anonymity, we can only accept Bitcoin, Litecoin or Monero as payment.

First check whether your payment from your own wallet or broker account has actually been sent and is not still “pending”.

If your payment is not pending, check whether you have sent the full amount + transaction costs. Brokers, such as Binance, always deduct the transaction costs from the amount you withdraw. If you only sent the total amount of your order, then this is where the problem lies.

In the latter case, please contact us and clearly state your order number. We will then adjust your order and process it manually.

Once you have placed an order and clicked on checkout, you will have up to 2 hours to pay for your order. If your payment has been received later than this, please contact us.

Once you have sent the full amount of your order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email in your mailbox.  

Send

This will be packed airtight in 3 layers and sent in a blank envelope or letterbox box. 

Packages are sent via various mail order companies. This makes it important that you provide a home address as the delivery address and not a random postal point.

The costs for insured shipping (with tracking code) within the Netherlands are €4.50 and abroad vary between €12.00 and €18.50. 

On the checkout page, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination country.

We offer free shipping for the Netherlands from €100 and all countries beyond €200. Free shipping is also sent with tracking code.

order before 12:00 on Monday to Friday shipped the same working day . If you after 12:00 , it will be shipped the next working day after 12:00 . Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email during the day. We do not have fixed times for this!

No packages will be sent on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays!

All packages are sent with a tracking code, so you can track the package and know exactly when it will be delivered.

  • BE – 2 to 4 working days
  • DE – 2 to 4 working days
  • FR – 2 to 4 business days
  • Other European countries – 3 to 10 working days

In some cases it may happen that a package is not delivered. If the tracking code after 14 days , please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form and do not forget to include the order number.

Once a package is labeled as 'delivered' it will NOT be reshipped!
